Manzar hopes to expand cross cultural understanding among Iranian proffesionals  of art and culture with those of other languages and cultures.

What Manzar is trying to achieve is passing through language and geographical barriers and making communications possible for those artists who do not usually have the chance to relate with their colleagues at farther distances, and also to atract appreciation of people of different cultures for works of art whose creators, unless at top of international media attention, do not have the chance to receive it
Forums are to express viewpoints on issues of common interest that might pass unnoticed by the main media
Manzal covers both classical and modern works  and looks for opportunities to introduce them to new audiences  in Iran or other countries with the hope to reach our societies through exchange of works of art in exhibitions and cultural events
