Best book on the subject of velayat , compliance to infalibles (according to shia belief), was selected by the jury of award dedicated to writings by iranian and scholars of other countries
In a ceremony held in the city of Qom it was announced that the book titled"Adabe Fanaye Moqarrabin" ,explanation to pilgrimm rituals, by Ayatollah Javadi Amoli, one of Irani's well known scholars, is the winner of the annual prize .

The velayat book of the year award is an annual competition held among Iranian scholars and those of other countries,organized by well known establishments of Qom being the world's shia religious study center.
