Selected Books in Children and Teen's Biennial PDF Print E-mail

The selected writers of the books participated in 13th children and teen's festival were announced in a ceremony by the managing director of the Institute for the intellectual development of children and young adults, Mohsen Chini forooshan.
Festival's jury passed more than 600 works for final judgment to five specialized groups judging compiled fiction, translated fiction, poetry, illustration and layouts and a special section emphasizing on  the subject of Islamic Revolution and Imam Khomeini. 

The works were selected of 1600 published books published in the period of 2007-2008 and the ceremony was held in the Creation Center of the Institute.

Deliberating 111 works in the children's category and 97 works in the teen's category, a testimonial was bestowed to Mojgan Sheikhi for her 365 child tales; Tales For Every Night In A Year (for 1-5 year-old children) of the Ghadyani publication and in the children's category the seven volumes Cunning Fox by Moslem Naseri of the Behnashr publication deserved a diploma and a gold coin.
 In teen's category Hamid-reza Shah-abadi's Lullaby For A Dead Girl by Nashr Ofogh publication deserved a testimonial, diploma and 3 gold coins. In this category a diploma and a gold coin was presented to Ali-asghar Ezzati-pak for his We Will Be Back Soon.
In children's translation category, Mehran Farhad- zadegan grabed the testimonial, diploma and 3 gold coins for his biggest flower in the world. The festival's diploma and a gold coin were awarded to ,
Shahla Entezarian The Bird Without A Nest translator was awarded with a testimonial, diploma and 3 gold coins.
in the poetry category festival's diploma and gold coin went to Mostafa Rahamndoust for his caress songs in children's category and the festival's diploma and 3 gold coins were awarded to Soroodeh Asadol'lahi for her new moon, new look. 
In the teen's category Afsaneh Sh'aban-nejad, was awarded for her Highway And The Bird Said I Am A Poet, with a testimonial, diploma a 3 gold coins and in the children category she was praised for her 3 volume caress and games songs book
Another diploma and gold coin was presented to the poet, Atousa Salehi for her I Am Missing You by the Peydayesh publication.
Revolution and Imam Khomeini was a new category in the festival that was added due the 30th Islamic republic victory anniversary. 100 books, published in the passed 30 years, were judged by Ebrahim Hassan-beigi, Masoume Ansarian and Hamid Gerogan. 
The Books Station by Ali-akbar Valaee, The Night Of Brazen Cats by Jamshid Khanian and the Lost Spring by Afsaneh Sh'aban-zadeh were awarded with a diploma a gold coin. 
Sang Andazan Ghaz-e Kabood by Davood Ghafar- zadegan was gifted with a testimonial, diploma and 3 gold coins.
The awarding ceremony was held Saturday 14th March.
