 "Center for international art researches" affiliated to Iran Academy of Arts with the aim of creating a new look towards human habitat and town planning, design and management in city development and upgrading the knowledge of city managers in cooperation with international society of architects and Iranian association of architects will hold an two day international conference from 20th to 21st Aban 1389( Nov 2010) in Tehran.

Call for fifth Mirmiran architecture award |

 The fifth round of Mirmiran foundation's architecture award in conjunction with concepts related to nature announced its call to architects to participate in the award's competition.
According to awards secretariat this year's concept will be "Green Nature &Architecture".
All architects, students of architecture, designers and young talents are welcomed by the organizers of the event.

 The head of the policymaking council for the ECO Calligraphy Festival in Tajikistan, Gholamhossein Amirkhani, is convinced that the festival can reinforce the deep roots of calligraphy in the ECO member states.
Tajikistan’s capital Dushanbe will be hosting the ECO Calligraphy Festival running from October 13 to 27.
In a press conference held here on Tuesday, veteran calligrapher Amirkhani elaborated on the programs of the festival.
All the nations can reach a common language and unity through art, but this requires good programming, he said.

 The films that will compete at the Iran Cinema Section and also films that will go on screen at the International Section were announced by 29th Fajr International Film Festival.
The festival announced 32 films will compete at the Iran Cinema Section and one film may be added to the list.
