Seventy two films have succeeded to reach the final stage of judgment in second shahid Avini documentary film festival.

Three gold,silver and bronze medals are the title of awards to be won by the competitors along with 100 gold coins each worth 200+$.

This is the second consecutive year that the Center for Development of Documentary Films is holding the event and the number of entries show the amount of interest in the topic.

The award giving ceremony will be held current Iranain month of Ordibehest(May-June)
