The Rules and regulations to participate in the House of Cinema Festival have been announced for the animation works.The call allows short films along with feature films to participate in the competition and the participants can hand their works till the 31st Ordibehesht (20thMay 2009) to the secretariate along with a copy of their work on a DVD.

The works must be produced from begining of Khordad 1387 to end of Ordibehesht 1388  and have not participated in the festival before can enter the competition.
