The Ist award giving ceremony to visual artists presenting cartoons on the subject of hadicaped were held in the Mellat Art complex.

In the posters section with the subject of handicaped the special award were given to Ladan Rezai and Ali Sadegi,but the first prize went to Ali Moharrami,second prize to Hamid reza Mombini and the third prize were given to Reza jamshidi.

In Another section under the title of adaptability best prize forposter design were given to Siavash Nouri,second to Shermin Ostovar and the third prize were given to Marzieh Bagherzade

In Cartoons competition with the subject of handicaped first prize were given to Mohammad Amin Aghai, second prize were given to Masoud Ziai, and the third prize were awarded to Alireza Pakdel.Soheilo Mohammadi were awarded the special prize of the contest.

In Adaptability cartoon competition Mahmood Azadnia was the winner of the best cartoon , Ali Shabani won the second prize and Abbas Amiri the third
