Qobad Shiva A famous Iranian painter artist has become the head of Tehran's tenth poster biennial.Shiva is one pf the founders of Iranian graphic and co-founded Iran's Graphic Designers Association with other artists.

Qobad was born in 1319 AH (1940 Christian Calendar) In Hamedan-Iran.

Tenth poster biennial will take place from 19th Oct-25th Oct  2009 in Saba Gallery Tehran and simultaneously three other cities.
