Cartoons,caricatures and comic strips are the types to be exhibited in the 9th biennial of arts in Tehran.Different sections will cover issues as;fear and free,political personalities and free, and comic strips freestyle.

Conditions:

All works must be originals and prints of digital works must be signed by the artist.

Each artist can send three works for each section.
Size of each work to be A4 or maximum of A3 .

Comic strips to be designed in one page.

Prizes:

Grand prize for cartoons 8000 $

Best work in each section 2000$,  second 1500$, and third will recieve 1000$.

Participation will end 20th october2009.
