Several theater troupes from Lebanon, Turkey, Iraq, Kurdistan, Britain, Afghanistan and Palestine submitted their works to the secretary of the gala.

The festival will be held from May 18 to 22 in the southern cities of Khorramshahr and Abadan in Khuzestan Province.

Center for Performance Arts of the Ministry of Culture, Parsai announced the twelfth event and informed the interested participants that Khorramshahr will be the main venue for holding the event.

He explained ;this event started from a regional event then expanded to a national festival and now it is going to become an international one. He emphasized although we have received works from other countries but due to the quality of works we prefer to hold the event one more year as a national event.He mentioned that there will be three plays on Gaza from Iranian producers.
