65 children will be the jury of 23rd children film festival in Hamedan- Iran.

15 children from other countries along with 50 Iranian children will participate in the event and they will tell which iranian children's video film is the best of all.

The 23rd children and young adult film festival will have three main sections;video films,out of competition and special section.

Hamedan the ancient city of Iranian Median civilization will host the event from 1st-5th Sept 2009.
